• The first ever scheme in Punjab on Public Private Partnership basis in public sector
• 30% developed plots against surrendered land to exemptees
• 50% less development charges (i.e. Rs.150,000/- per kanal)
• Payment of development charges in six equivalent quarterly installments
• Transfer fee @ Rs.10,000/- per kanal
• No building period restriction for exemptees

• 10% down payment with application form.
• Remaining 90% in nine 4 monthly equal installments.
