Recovery Cell of Estate Management

To prepare recovery challans after due verification of record.
To prepare recovery reports for different cases received from Estate Management and Town Planning Directorates.
To classify, enter and prepare proper record for the deposits through bank challans.
Prepare different types of revenue reports / statements for the internal and external use of the Authority

All the Dues / Recoveries of FDA are being received through Recovery Cell established in the Estate Management Directorate.

The allottee / purchaser etc receive the notice from the concerned Directorate and present the same on the public counter for the issuance of payment challan. Recovery cell prepare the challan / challan as per policy in vogue for different affairs and handed over to the applicant through Public Counter for deposit of amount in the bank. The bank after receiving the amount handover a copy to the allottee and the other copies are being sent to concerned departments of FDA. The recovery cell after receiving a copy of the bank challan enter in the Demand and Collection Register.
The Estate Management and Town Planning Directorates send different files and proformas to recovery cell for recovery reports. The recovery staff after due verification from the D&C register prepare the reports and send the files / proformas to concerned directorate for further action.
After receiving the copy of bank challan the recovery staff classify the amount according to budget heads and prepare monthly and annual statements
